88’ Bianchi Reporto Corsé: Painted with Dupont Imron, it is a duplicate of the 2000 Bianchi Marco Pantani paint scheme. The Bianchi decals and the D. Green stencils were made for and applied by Creative Cycle Works and then clear was applied.

87' Cannondale: This is my very first road bike, recently rescued from a slow death. I purchased it from the guy I sold it to; when I found it, it was covered in white powered corrosion throughout the frame and most of the paint was missing. The bottle bosses were rotted and the brake cable bosses on the top tube were also rotted. The bosses were removed the corrosion blasted, treated and filled and the top tube was then drilled for interior cable routing. The entire frame was then treated and painted with Dupont Croma-Base in the Lakeshore team's paint scheme, matching the team jersey.

We don’t just do frames: We can paint just about anything that will sit still long enough. Our resume includes a 62’ Cushman Silver Eagle scooter, a flame job on a catchers helmet, a pair of Smith sunglasses painted celeste green to match the customers bike, an antique claw foot bathtub as well as the usual stems, bars an assorted bike parts.

We remove old finish using plastic media for steel, titanium and aluminum frames and hand sanding for carbon fiber. Corrosion is removed from metal frames using glass beads. Aluminum frames are cleaned with an acid etch and a corrosion preventive is applied to the entire frame which will help paint adhesion as well as provide superior corrosion protection.

An etching primer is applied to the metal frames. All frames are sprayed with several coats of sealer. Three coats of the selected color are applied followed by hand sanding and three coats of clear coat.

If decals are being applied we will also add a protective coat of clear between the paint and decals.
